This company does a really good job of catering to this modern ideology of DEI. But in the end, the ELT does not actually care about its people whatsoever. My overall experience was positive prior to the MicroFocus acquisition. However, following that transition, the management guidelines seemed to falter, and a clear sense of direction was notably absent.

Little to no development or support. Little to no market demand. Partners and marketing don't generate opps. 90% of my dept has been laid off, fired, or quit since the acquisition in '23, including directors and VPs. Has not been a positive experience.
