OpenText is a global and quite well respected BIM organisation, but over the years there have been many acquisitions, some of which have not been well or properly integrated. Consequently, some of these are still offshoots, so do not receive adequate investment or product marketing.

My overall experience was positive prior to the MicroFocus acquisition. However, following that transition, the management guidelines seemed to falter, and a clear sense of direction was notably absent.

The ECS (Enterprise Content Services) group had a fantastic sales culture without the politics. Many have been here 15, 20, even 25 years. Tons of experienced sales leaders and supporting team.
