Incredibly under supported at a technical level. Upper management puts an enormous amount of unnecessary steps to do the smallest task.

Leadership does not care about sales. They care about predictable costs. Intentionally oversized quotas meant to give executive team a predictable cap on what they will have to pay out to sales. Worst org I have ever worked for with open disdain for their employees.

I’ve never quite experienced an environment like this. Marketing is completely ineffective, the company has a poor relationship with channel partners, renewal price hikes are so steep as to cause animosity with the clients, and management seems to not understand what’s really going on at the field level, preferring to just blame reps for poor sales traction instead...Read More
