Former Employee My role was in the ADM/DevOps segment. Products date back to the early 2000s and are very well known. Issue was that quota was set to high based on existing IB of the accounts. Only real play was moving customers to new licensing models which is more of a financial play. Still a chance you can make some $$ in ADM, but depends like most roles on territory and accounts. Outside of that it's up to you and your SE to get deals done, not much help from senior leadership IMO. Browse Other Reviews
