Company culture is very centralized and woke. While products can be very useful for customer, it matters very much what industry one sells to. The more regulated, the better.

A lot of organizational changes happening because of acquisitions. Company seems to be on a good trajectory. It's a tough role but there is an opportunity to make good money.

Front line managers are for the most part, fair and will try to make you succeed.... Internal matrix and never ending approvals overcomplicate the sales cycle....
