My overall experience with this company is incredible. I don't think a CEO could create a better "company experience" then here at Onset. The leadership is top notch. The culture is very impressive. You WANT to work here and for this leadership team.

Onset is mostly a good company with solid base pay and good people. The product is very difficult to sell. Most AEs don't see a "sale" for their first 6 months of work. There is a lot of sales funnel leakage. Even when you get someone to send you their company's financials, they still have to agree to a proposal. 1/7 proposals get signed by the client. This place is part of a very challenging industry to break into. It requires are a lot of effort, and personal motivation. Sales cycle can be anywhere from weeks to months. Commissions can range from $3,000-$350,000 on a single transaction. Deal size as much as $100 million.
