This is a very hard role. Their sales patterns and techniques are very old and outdated. You basically cold call the yellow pages that have been uploaded into their custom built CRM called Edge. The data is extremely old. I would call and ask for a name, just to find out they had died 5 years ago. You are selling operating leases, which come out to very high rates...Read More

My overall experience with this company is incredible. I don't think a CEO could create a better "company experience" then here at Onset. The leadership is top notch. The culture is very impressive. You WANT to work here and for this leadership team.
