My overall experience with this company is incredible. I don't think a CEO could create a better "company experience" then here at Onset. The leadership is top notch. The culture is very impressive. You WANT to work here and for this leadership team.

No inbound. Extremely high turnover because the job is tough. Leadership focuses on number of calls everyday. But you role play everyday and practice their model. Onset is mostly a good company with solid base pay and good people. The product is very difficult to sell. Most AEs don't see a "sale" for their first 6 months of work. Conduct yearly purges of sales team. Most new account executives don't last more than a couple months. Required to be in office and PTO is minimal and even then your are criticized for using it. This place is part of a very challenging industry to break into. It requires are a lot of effort, and personal motivation. Sales cycle can be anywhere from weeks to months. Commissions can range from $3,000-$350,000 on a single transaction. Deal size as much as $100 million. Higher than I thought at 1.7 stars. This is a company that disguises mass layoffs as putting 70% of the sales floor on impossible performance plans to fire them when it isn't achieved. Leadership will back stab and use any personal information shared against you and do it publicly.
