Great company and product but not good for new reps to hit quota. Reps making money are ones that have already been there 3+ years. Have hired way to many sales reps

OneStream's top level leadership, product and success plan are amazing and top notch. The SDR/BDR leadership is not commensurately capable. Most do not understand the day-to-day specifics of what leads to success for the team.
