Aside from the very competitive pay, Olo's GTM org is in complete shambles. A revolving door in leadership coupled with wildly unrealistic goals and a highly competitive, very small market is a combination I hope to avoid for the rest of my career.

extremely saturated TAM but well known product that has a good name in the industry. Too expensive and best in breed consistently losing out to all in one solutions.

Lots of changes this year, and almost definitely more changes to come. WLB and Base Salary are great and make some of the other parts of the job more digestible. Such a limited TAM that there isn't really anything new to do for outbound, or remaining prospects that haven't spoken to us before.
