Opportunity to earn at Okta is high, Remote Work at risk much like other companies, Major Talent gap at Okta across all BUs. Sales Leadership in flux. Career Progression non-existent. If you're sole focus as an IC is $$ for a 2-3 year stretch, this is a great spot.

Bait and switch. Horrible leadership. Entire c-suite left including co-founder. Over hired in 2022 and instead of taking real accountability they just fired a ton of people in between layoffs. Breached and said it was 1% of customer data. Turned out it was 100% of customer data. this is your warning!
