Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Okta is a good company with a lot of potential. The products are without question the best in the entire Identity and Access Mgmt space. The biggest challenge, however, is the disparity in sales territories. It often feels like middle / upper management tend to just “give” top accounts to the top performing reps, despite lots of talk about wanting to make territories equitable. Without good accounts, chance of hitting even 30% of quota are slim to none here.
