- Sales Engineering is the Wild West. Complete lack of strong leadership. Instead, empire building is rife. - morale is continually low and Glint surveys that highlight the problems in leadership are ignored - annual layoffs have decimated the culture and top talent was let go leaving behind a shell of an organization - the comp is good and competitive for more senior positions

Great product, bad culture... Okta continues to remain competitive in the space by innovating their product + acquiring companies. Overall culture has progressively gotten worse and attrition is a major issue right now.

Good product and decent innovation. Reps with a good customer base do well however new business is difficult to come by.
