Each year at Okta is like working for a brand new company. There is a huge volume of change and very little sense of control. Leadership has less and less integrity each year. That said, okta maintains pockets of greatness-- culturally, as a product and within the sales org. Our biggest challenge in the next 2-4 years is market consolidation and pricing to win. You should talk about this in an interview if you're looking to work at okta.

Generally nice people, no definable culture. Decent comp but with little chance of hitting your OTE, much less blowing it out, due to intense competition from Microsoft, churn issues, and other things. RSU refreshes are small.
