great product, weak leadership and management. Hired too many reps without past performance data on market maturity. Markets have little investment from marketing resulting in low pipelines

My overall experience was good, I learnt a lot the business from working as an SDR. The organisation has a lot of sales enablement, so there was always opportunity for continuous learning, spoke to a lot of successful SDR’s & AE’s to find out more about their own operating systems, and had access to useful information.

Okta used to be good. New business leads are almost non existent as MSFT continues bundling their Identity suite into their Entra licenses. GTM messaging of converged platform will take a couple of years to start resonating with prospects and large enterprise accounts.
