Overall good experience. Okta has a great product, pay was fairly good, and customers liked it. Leadership was fairly lacking across the C level with lots of turnover the past year.

The people I worked with at Okta are awesome, but turnover in leadership has created confusion across the orgs. Coupled with bi-annual layoffs and re-orgs at the start of every fiscal, it started to feel a bit too tumultuous for people to feel comfortable.

Going vertical with industries and geographical location does leave a lot of room for luck over your skill.
