The org is working hard to create an enablement program so likely over the next year I can see it maturing rapidly. Moving from an AE to this role has made my transition easy, but it would easily be more difficult if I was external.

The territories are so segmented that there is no leads and okta has faced security incidents making It an uphill battle to sell. They do pay well, there are great people here, they take care of their emps but be prepared to grind
