Sales leadership in Canada is very weak. They have little experience in cybersecurity and do not understand how to sell these products. They mostly monitor pipeline generation and deal progress without care for the strategies and messaging. Half of them do care about their people's success.

Executive sales leadership is weak and does not have the back of individual contributors. If you get a patch that is knowledge worker heavy, you'll do well. If you have more legacy accounts, prepare to be frustrated.
