Executive sales leadership is weak and does not have the back of individual contributors. If you get a patch that is knowledge worker heavy, you'll do well. If you have more legacy accounts, prepare to be frustrated.

I missed the boat. I joined okta as it had been going through a lot of change and growth. Unfortunately, the planning was not well thought out resulting in territory inequity, outdated policies, and unobtainable goals. A mass exodus is happening.

Generally nice people, no definable culture. Decent comp but with little chance of hitting your OTE, much less blowing it out, due to intense competition from Microsoft, churn issues, and other things. RSU refreshes are small.
