Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Overall great company. Territory segmentation is a mess though. Over hired and over segmented and compounding this problem used poor data to build "even" territories based on a bogus TAM. Used head count for territory segmenation but with the addition of Auth0 how many customers a company has or overall revenue is more accurate. Very large deals are being done with small companies that have a lot of customers. Need to adjust to Revenue as the key metric for segmentation. Also, some reps have 20 existing customers while others have only 2 or 3. Because of these three things territories are very hit or miss. Seems like things are improving with newer sales leadership but it takes time. Hopefully changes occur soon or good reps stuck with very little customer base and bogus TAMs will look for better opportunities. Browse Other Reviews
