My overall experience is great. But when you’re you don’t hit numbers with things out of your control, you have a large magnifying glass on you and micromanaging hits hard. Collaboration is great and everyone helps each other and shares success. The business changes quota very quickly and out of nowhere to squeeze the life out of you and make it harder to hit quota.

Such a hit or miss on managers and the team culture. Leadership is not very receptive to feedback on managers even if there's several complaints. The compensation is a joke compared to other companies considering that for the 2 years I was there only about 20% of sales reps hit quota each quarter. Great company, but territories were overstaffed. Less than 20% of Ent AEs achieved quota. Top Down pressure was huge.
