Current Employee4.4Dec 8, 2023Great people within the sales org. A lot of Executive Leadership churn.
Former Employee3.9Jan 4, 2024Culture was pretty poor, really amateur and celebrating tiny deals. There was far too many reps for the territory. Nice people though and if you actually made sales the commision structure was pretty aggressive. Some of my colleagues did exceptionally well but most did not hit quota.

Current Employee3.0Oct 6, 2023Going to okta was a huge mistake. I constantly wonder where I went wrong/how I got here. Lots of sales reps were promised a lot of things but it’s worse than you can imagine. Little to no money being made, very sparse opportunity. You’re lucky to sell a 4k true up.

Former Employee3.1Mar 28, 2024My overall experience was positive, territories were too small and the company as a result had to do 2 separate reduction in workforce in past 13 months - the CEO said they over hired for the adjusted plans and growth and as a result many reps were not hitting their numbers.
