Overall I had a good experience at OPSWAT, mainly because of the people and my team. However, Sr. Leadership fosters a culture of fear, mistrust, & uncertainty. Turnover is really high. OPSWAT has too many products and too many product owners who think of themselves to be sales leaders. This poses challenges to the sales processes as there are just too many people who think that they have a say. The product/market fit is phenomenal and once some form of business development is happening, prospects turn into loyal and happy customers.
