Overall I had a good experience at OPSWAT, mainly because of the people and my team. However, Sr. Leadership fosters a culture of fear, mistrust, & uncertainty. Turnover is really high. You will get to hit your quota 1 year, and they will pay you what they say they will pay you, but you will not hit your quota a second time because the will fire a majority of your team, take away the marketing budget, and raise your quota up to 200%.

Great products focused on critical infrastructure. The drive to go IPO changed the culture dramatically. They drove out performers because they didn’t want to pay them.
