My experience is positive. All sales orgs have areas for improvement. Nutanix cares about their people. It is a very good company to work for. Selling against vmware and hyperscalers is not easy. Company training and sales approach is ongoing and mature. No doubt the most rewarding sales and best customer focus from top down. It is not easy nothing is.

The culture is average. The product is good but hard to sell as its expensive and companies are prioritizing moving workloads to the cloud.
