Highly depends on the territory and the team. A lot of constant changes disrupting regular work, tossing up teams. Product is good though

Overall experience was great at Nintex. The pay wasn't great compared to the market but the people were awesome. There has been a lot of chance in the last 12 months or so but strongly believe there is a strong leadership in place. Just taking some time to get everything rebuilt for larger future growth.

Nintex used to be a company where you can come in, put in 100%, then the output would be hitting quota and a promotion down the line. That is not the case anymore, leadership in the BD team will throw their team under the bus, and eliminate anyone who makes them look bad, instead of developing them. My overall experience has been positive in terms of the opportunities I have been afforded. Nintex under pay and do not offer equity which is a big negative though.
