My overall experience was OK. Great leadership when I started but that changed overtime. Nintex is a product that a lot of enterprises love but is not yet a household name. Investments in the right areas of the business could lead to great success.

Nintex used to be a company where you can come in, put in 100%, then the output would be hitting quota and a promotion down the line. That is not the case anymore, leadership in the BD team will throw their team under the bus, and eliminate anyone who makes them look bad, instead of developing them.
