Used to be great, not anymore. Comp plans are getting more confusing and there are many teams all trying to get the same customer revenue. Used to have a lot of people meeting target, now its few and far between.

Nintex is focussed on cutting costs. Clear and defined roles have become unclear and most products do not align to the market in the real world.

This used to be an amazing company to work for. Things have changed in the last 18 months.

Overall experience was great at Nintex. The pay wasn't great compared to the market but the people were awesome. There has been a lot of chance in the last 12 months or so but strongly believe there is a strong leadership in place. Just taking some time to get everything rebuilt for larger future growth.
