Sales team is great but they have no support from channel or demand gen teams. Leadership is severely lacking in basic understanding of how a proper channel, marketing, business development teams should run

My overall experience was mostly awesome. Some leadership changes towards the end that were not great and then being acquired by a lesser competitor really impacted overall satisfaction but great company and culture.

Used to be great, not anymore. Comp plans are getting more confusing and there are many teams all trying to get the same customer revenue. Used to have a lot of people meeting target, now its few and far between.
