Quota is unattainable and accounts you can work are few and far between. Established team members do great, but to become established you have to make it a few years on scraps.

My current experience with NinjaOne is... WOW. Incredibly kind culture with flat sales leadership. It is not uncommon to see the CEO and CRO and have conversations with them throughout the work day.
