My current experience with NinjaOne is... WOW. Incredibly kind culture with flat sales leadership. It is not uncommon to see the CEO and CRO and have conversations with them throughout the work day. Leaders emphasize servant leadership and many of them have succeeded in the roles they manage which allows for an empathetic, servant approach BIGGEST THING - JOB SECURITY. No rounds of layoffs and team has grown by almost 1k employees in the last 3 years.

Was amazing no complaints about the company or my time there would refer anyone there who is interested in working in the industry the leadership is great and the environment is only getting better great product great team great leadership overall great place to work.
