Former Employee Comp is solid for entry-level SDR roles, but is mostly a Fugazi. In my year at the company we never saw a month where more than 30% of internal IT outbound (what you will most likely be doing) hit quota.
Leadership basically exists to be cheerleaders in slack. While SDR managers fight for you and do their best to help you succeed they are consistently handicapped by a senior leadership team that has no idea of what they want their sales org to be, leading to them demanding the IIT outbound team be run like a third-world call center.
If you're fresh out of college I'd highly recommend this role because you will learn a lot about the industry and yourself, the good and the bad. The product works and if you make friends you'll have a network of folks that leave for better jobs that you can lean on to get your next role. That's about all you can ask of an entry-level SDR role in my opinion. Browse Other Reviews
