Current Employee Churn and burn type of company. They changed the KPIs once they bought an auto dialer from 70 dials to minimum 150 dials a day. Advertised as hybrid but you have to earn your WFH days. You do not get any new accounts and if you do, they are typically junk accounts (out of business, out of the country, or just fake companies) Great product that gets a bad rep since we constantly are calling and mass emailing prospects that have given us a hard “no” SDR managers really have their hands tied when it comes to helping you succeed because their managers do not prioritize SDR success. The sales floor is full of great talent but the unattainable quota and false hope of moving up within the company pushes them right out the door. Browse Other Reviews
