Former Employee4.4Sep 18, 2023Sales org and GTM strategy are constantly changing, which made it difficult to perform consistently. These ratings would be much lower now, as the company has been forced to scale back a lot of it's more generous comp policies. I'd rate them closer to a 3.8 or 4 stars. They just got acquired by a PE firm, so we'll see what changes follow.

Former Employee3.7Apr 5, 2024Hired just to be laid off within 7 months. Comp was very competitive compared to market. Leadership needs an overhaul from the top down and the PE buyout should accomplish this.
