These ratings would be much lower now, as the company has been forced to scale back a lot of it's more generous comp policies. I'd rate them closer to a 3.8 or 4 stars. They just got acquired by a PE firm, so we'll see what changes follow.

He changed the pricing model to from license based to consumption based, made a mistake of going for user based pricing model, learnt it after 2 years. Moving towards query based pricing model.
