Hired just to be laid off within 7 months. Comp was very competitive compared to market. Leadership needs an overhaul from the top down and the PE buyout should accomplish this.

Fantastic, the environment was inclusive and inviting. I gravitated to the leadership who led were transparent and very open. I got laid off within 2 months of being with the company however it was apart of the bigger plan that I adjusted too. The severance package was stellar.

The last year at NR was probably the absolute worst year in my professional career. Between the layoffs, acquisition, biased comp plan, the lies, the weak management the beautiful company was burnt to a crisp
