Current Employee3.6Mar 6, 2024Although the product is great, it's extremely tough to walk in here and sell coming from outside the org. There's so much to learn, and alot of it is tribal knowledge. Also, people in your role are in no hurry to help you, because your territory is saturated and they view you as competition.

Former Employee3.0Jul 9, 2024Nobody hits quota. Hardly anyone even achieves “participation”. OTE is a figment of your imagination. Extreme micro management and high pressure close deals way earlier than what is realistic. Morale is nonexistent.
