Quota is pretty high here which leads to gamification of just setting meetings instead of building quality leads for the AE's. Promotion process is supposedly based on spots they have open

Working here has been super stressful. Promised uncapped quotas but have been capped at quota every quarter. (coming from a rep that has cleared attainment every time) because it is based off company attainment. Top performers are top because they are bending the rules. Path to promotion is constantly changing and unclear. Do not get me started on the poor...Read More
