Nobody hits quota. Hardly anyone even achieves “participation”. OTE is a figment of your imagination. Extreme micro management and high pressure close deals way earlier than what is realistic. Morale is nonexistent.

Overall experience was ok. Company is going through a lot of internal restructuring and the BDR org was the one that took the hit as a result. Poor top down management, little to no communication, no clarity on career growth or promotion opportunities.
