Horrible! Churn & Burn - completely unobtainable. There is no organization, often restructuring, people are hardly hitting their quota. People are prepared to leave at any moment. People have been fired because they do not live within the area - even though it is a remote job. Quote keeps getting higher yet harder to set meetings. Some onboarded teams were not given managers.

NetSuite is a great product but doesn’t fit very well in the SMB space due to its price and competitors like QuickBooks that you can’t compete with solely on price. The SMB territory is high competitive and outbounding is even harder. Leadership and colleagues are extremely helpful and make sure you grow as a sales rep
