Sales is very competitive and most recently 70% of our leads have to be self prospected by cold outreach leaning into support from our BDR org. 30% of the leads are inbound. Therefore, there is much more pressure on self sourcing leads now more than ever.

Teams are randomly assigned and if you are placed on an upmarket team you have a 10% chance of being promoted.
