Great colleagues, great technology, but Sales Leadership is embarrassingly bush league. Worst Sales Director I've ever had in the East, he's completely his team and no one trusts him and relies on him for anything. There is absolutely no pipeline to support the RSMs, or any of the sales team for that matter. In 2023 about 10 percent hit their numbers, most finished below 40 percent. Quotas for 2024 are unreachable and half of my direct team is already looking for jobs.

The Idia sales team is at a very infant stage and the quotas could changes every month and they are usually impractical to say the last.
