This enables account executives to only accept leads that are layups. In my experience, some of the account executives look for reasons not to sell to someone instead seeing the opportunity in every challenge. Every aspect of BANT is up to the AE's discretion and management is not experienced or confident enough to set up guidelines to make it clear what is considered a SQL.
So your experience depends on what Account Executive you work with. If you draw a picky one, you won't reach quota.
They have a lot of turnover so my territory got changed 3 times in 3 months. The SDR managers don't spend any time listening to calls and coaching. They discourage you from taking notes in SFDC and sales reps rarely do. The only metrics they focus on is dials and conversions.
