My overall experience is that the company really expects you to do your own hunting. I've never experienced an inbound lead or had someone reach out to me. 2024 brought new leadership which expects sales to only either chase new logos, or close only deals over $3M on existing accounts.

Base compensation is good, but internal politics and culture issues prevent the company from building any market leading solutions. I don’t believe NTT DATA is the best at anything.
