Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience was fair, with NICE. The sales process is complex, and it appears there is no real sense of urgency to get deals over the finish line. There can be upwards of 20 people involved in the sales process, and if the client is not considered enterprise, be prepared to receive very little support/urgency. Compensation was okay, but commission payout can be tricky, especially pertaining to larger closed opportunities.
Management and support were very hard to come by, outside of my direct manager who was fantastic. He had similar issues in getting support for down-stream activities. Perhaps all of this is common with an organization of this size, but it was no longer a cultural fit. Browse Other Reviews
