Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee NICE is the most despicable company that you could possibly imagine working for. The commission plan is atrocious because they find many different ways to invalidate and not pay reps on deals after they’ve been closed, or reduce the bookings/comp on deals.
Existing customer (and almost all deals are existing)… take a 30% penalty off the top!
Use a partner… take another 20% penalty!
Use a 3rd party product… take a 50% penalty!
Price point goes down (because a customer has grown 10x)… no comp at all!
Etc etc etc
They say they have accelerators, but those only apply to the most virgin of accounts.
Comp is terrible. Patches are microscopically small and picked over. Internal processes and systems are laughable.
