What contributed to my achievement is nothing the company did apart from build a great product and hire good SEs. Training is poor and the management just look at forecast spreadsheets, approve holidays and expenses.

Nice has gone way down hill. The product is great but the company and compensation has been horrendous. They no longer incentivize the sales reps in closing deals.

Overall my experience was good with a good team; however the recent compensation changes, the changes in the GTM, and the culture made it harder and harder to sell and be personally and financially successful.

Run and hide, although I have heard some senior leaders are stepping down that were freom legacy NICE so it may help things
