- Great pay and compensation.
- Management that understands you have a life outside of work and sometimes that life interferes and can be more important.
- Very understanding that if you're hitting your goals, then not much more can or needs to be expected of you. It feels very independent and autonomous in that way.
- Hybrid schedule that is the best of both worlds working in office or from home.
Cons:
- First two weeks were a lot of training meetings with all the different managers. It was good to get to know all of them that I feel like I can ask any of them for help, but it also created a situation where most people didn't know exactly what I had been trained on or not and occasionally some stuff was reiterated and felt a little repetitive.
