Which divisions, regions, or business units may be more or most advantageous to sell for and why?

It's best to be in any patch that has existing pipeline.  If a territory does not have any significant pipeline, you are hosed because that means the customers on the list are anti-NICE.  This company has been selling to the same buyers for dozens of years.  If there is no pipeline for a territory, that means that the customers probably hate NICE.

Solid answer above me here. Biggest is always the best, right? I think the answer is probably more of a Goldilocks scenario. Strategics and majors have a lot of seats, but their adoption of CCaaS has been less than ideal and NICE continues to struggle to sell CCaaS upmarket in comparison to competition. Also, those cycles are going to take 15 - 18 months. With 4 accounts, you better walk into something ASAP. Premier has fantastic leadership, follows a process, and you'll have way more at bats. Marquee is in dismay from account changes, so check what accounts you are getting.  Nationals is a great spot to be from accounts perspective. Their leadership just leaves much to be desired. Majors and Named seem to be the "just right" from time to impact and overall ability to execute perspective. My personal opinion.

Strategic Accts or Majors is the best as these regions contain accounts with the largest contact centers.

Premier because they have twice as many accounts as the other teams have. They are never fired, and nice just did a major pruning of teams and fired one person per team across the board.
