New leadership has come in and caused a lot of drastic changes that are having a huge effect on teams performance. Change can be good but too much change at once can disrupt workflow and hinder performance. Our team is being treated as if we are on PIP and being micromanaged significantly. Things that’s have been working in the past are now being ignored with what feels like new impulsive decisions. It feels like SDRs concerns about change in work processes are being ignored. As a result these new changes are causing SDR burnout. While the work processes are a concern comp are changing rapidly to the point they are being delayed to and not being released until halfway through the quarter at the earliest.
