Good so far. KPIs and quotas are pretty attainable. Quotas have been lowered in the past ,as changes took place, but usually brought back up to a consistent and measured level.

It was BAD! I felt like I was working at a call center. Everyone used to think of shortcuts and getting into the good books of the higher ups. No one wanted to learn, grow, and get good sales

Leadership in the mid-market space is brutal. We are extremely micromanaged and have impossible KPIs to adhere to. If you don’t hit 60% of quota for a quarter, you’ll be put on PIP and then fired 2 months later…doesn’t matter if you’re over plan for the year or past performance.
